With a 10-2 loss tonight to the St. Louis Cardinals, the Philadelphia Phillies have lost their 10,000th game in franchise history. This is the first time a professional sports franchise has accomplished this "honor."

I've got a friend from Philly. He said they're going to have a parade. He said it's going to go the backwards parade route--the route the city takes for most celebretory parades, they're going to go the other way.
I think that's funny. It's great to have a sense of humor.
