Yankees sign Durazo

According to Peter Abraham, the Yankees have signed 1B/DH Erubiel Durazo.

The Yankees signed Erubiel Durazo out of the Mexican League and assigned him to Scranton. He’s there to play 1B and DH for them (source).

He later says they signed him only because AAA Scranton/Wilkes-Barre needs a bat. Guess this really isn't this big of a news story.
