A new poll has been added to the right-hand side of the page.
There is no clear candidate for the starting first base job. So I ask you: who do you think will play the most games at the position this season? Will it be Jason Giambi? How about blog favorite Wilson Betemit?
Discuss your choice here. The poll will close next Thursday at 8 p.m. EST.

Sadly, it will be Big Giambino.
It's probably going to end up being Giambi, especially after all the positive things we've heard from Girardi so far.
If Duncan can grow more consistent at the plate and develop more patience and poise as a hitter, he may emerge as the top candidate as the season progresses. But at this point, I don't see anyone else other than Giambi starting the season there.
Someone not yet on the roster.
I'm going with Morgan Ensberg, though that may just be wishful thinking on my part.
I feel it will probably end up being Giambi as well, Jeff. He's making too much money to not play.
Hopefully (and this is just wishful thinking) with Girardi around, however, he just won't play Giambi because he has the most "experience."
