Major League Baseball finally acted on Kyle Farnsworth's appeal of his three-game suspension for throwing behind Manny Ramirez's head.
According to the AP, Farnsworth's suspension has been reduced to one game and will serve it tonight in Detroit.
It's nice to see them get this right. Giving Farnsworth three games in the first place was excessive. He was not even ejected for the pitch.
Farnsworth has been performing much better of late. In his last 7 2-3 innings pitched, he has only allowed one earned run and five hits while striking out nine.
"Now, what is this site about, how Joe Torre ruined pitchers' arms? Is that it?"
