It's a little less than four weeks away from the trading deadline, but the Milwaukee Brewers have traded for Cleveland Indians' ace C.C. Sabathia, according to ESPN.
The centerpiece of the deal going back to Cleveland is Double-A outifelder Matt LaPorta.
This may very well be a three-month rental, so the Brewers would get two draft picks if they offer him arbitration and another team (the Yankees?) signs him this offseason.
"Now, what is this site about, how Joe Torre ruined pitchers' arms? Is that it?"
