My apologies to the Rays

I said this on May 15 after the Yankees lost three out of four to the Tampa Bay Rays:

Six runs in four games. That's really all there is to say.

The Rays' pitching isn't that good.

Little did we know four months later that the Rays would still be in first place by a considerable margin and that the Yankees would be in third place and most likely out of the playoffs.

The Rays' team ERA is 3.68, the second-best in the Majors (behind the Toronto Blue Jays, whom the Yankees face this weekend), by the way.
