According to SI's Jon Heyman, the Yankees have offered A.J. Burnett a five-year, $80 million deal. Heyman says the Braves' last offer stands at four years, $60 million with a vesting option for a fifth year. It is not known if they will match the Yankees' offer. This differs from this report.
