These personalized jerseys cost $100 (plus shipping) on MLB.com and leave the warehouse in 2-3 weeks.
When I went to the Cubs game on April 4, I saw two Shelley Duncan T-shirts and a Tanyon Sturtze jersey. Ironically enough, one of the Duncan shirts was in the same section as the Sturtze jersey!

Maybe, you don't have the full story Fletch. Maybe this person is Ransom's brother, or maybe his last name is in fact Ransom. Let's not jump to conclusions.
I like that feedback Lenny Neslin, but as an avid Yankee fanatic like Flecther, i would have to say i'm sure it's a Cody Ransom custom jersey. I just finally received my Joba Chamberlain custom jersey from Fanzz.
