Jason Giambi makes his return to the Bronx tonight (weather permitting). I assume he’ll get a very nice hand from what I assume will be a sparsely-populated crowd. Giambi is batting .227 with five RBI and five runs scored.
I was unable to watch yesterday’s game because I had to work on school newspaper stuff, so that explains the lack of a recap.
For those keeping score at home, the Yankees have yet to have an attendance of more than 49,000. Yesterday’s paid crowd was 43,068. I wouldn’t be shocked if today’s is in the 30,000s.
"Now, what is this site about, how Joe Torre ruined pitchers' arms? Is that it?"

Let's hope Giambi doesn't pop a few into the right field jet stream.
