Chien-Ming Wang is set to throw 100 pitches for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday, according to Peter Abraham.
Abraham speculates that Wang could rejoin the team if he pitches well, as Joe Girardi said he is close.
On Thursday, Wang threw 72 pitches in Tampa, prompting Billy Connors to say to say he’s healthy.
Phil Hughes’ recent struggles will make the decision on the fifth starter spot a whole lot easier if Wang has a good outing for Scranton.
"Now, what is this site about, how Joe Torre ruined pitchers' arms? Is that it?"

I'd love to see Wang back, but how did he recover from his "injury" so fast?
You mean his bruised ego?
