In a series like this, there's always that tit-for-tat momentum, the ol' "some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue."
Other than that, almost as soon as the game started, I had the sinking feeling that the Mets didn't dwell too much on Friday's game and moved on, while the Yankees were still holding on to it as if it was going to continue and favorably affect the outcome of today's game.
Oh, well. It was fun while it lasted.
