Wang, Posada rehab updates

According to an AP report, Chien-Ming Wang threw 27 pitches in his first mound session of 2009 today.

"He's full go for spring training," Yankees pitching coach Dave Eiland said. "He felt strong. He really looked good. A good day for him."

"No concerns," Wang said. "Everything feels fine."

Meanwhile, catcher Jorge Posada made 140 throws yesterday and plans to throw more tomorrow. He most likely won't be able to catch until the middle of spring training, but should be ready for Opening Day.
