Sources told (Buster) Olney that Baltimore has arranged a meeting with former Florida Marlins manager Joe Girardi to discuss the job. It is expected that he will be given a chance to accept or reject the job (source).Girardi is currently an analyst for the YES Network and was the NL Manger of the Year last year with the Florida Marlins. He is my No. 1 choice to replace Joe Torre, so hopefully he doesn't take this awful job.
