The valiant effort of Kei Igawa (5 innings, 7 hits, 5 earned runs) inspired the Yankees to a 7-6 victory Thursday afternoon. With this win, the Yankees took three games in the four-game series against the Minnesota Twins. Who is a bigger waste of money, Igawa or Roger Clemens?
Kyle Farnsworth actually had a 1-2-3 inning and received the victory.
Alex Rodriguez sat out today's game due to his hamstring injury. Peter Abraham is reporting that Rodriguez's MRI this afternoon showed no signs of anything wrong. This is good news, because as done as the season is, it would be more done if Rodriguez missed an extended period of time (if that makes any sense).
Boston is winning 13-3 and Detroit won 12-3 today. Whenever the Yankees win, the Red Sox seem to win. Whenever the Yankees lose, the Red Sox lose too.
"Now, what is this site about, how Joe Torre ruined pitchers' arms? Is that it?"

Thanks for pointing out the obvious, douche.
Talk about a sarcastic post, lol
Sarcasmn...I doubt Andy understands what that is...
Maybe you'll need to explain.
At least spell "sarcasm" right next time.
And stop calling me "Andy."
I'm sorry I accidentally typed an "n" at the end...my bad...
Sorry, Andy...you're still a loser ;)
hey, at least you get comments
agree with anonymous
Andrew have you pissed people off somewhere in the world? It seems anoymous(es) have some not-so-nice things to say to/about you, and I really can't figure out why. This blog entry really isn't even anything contorversial or anything.
Baffling, really.
I don't get it, either.
