On the YES postgame show, Joe Girardi said that he's not concerned about Joba Chamberlain. He will fly back to New York tomorrow for tests, so we'll know more then. His status for his next start is up in the air.
This is good news, for now, but I'm reserving judgment until the tests come back. If the tests do show something serious, that would quite probably put the final nail in the 2008 coffin.
