There's something about Rangers Ballpark. Phil Hughes severely injured his hamstring in the middle of a no-hit bid last season, and now phenom Joba Chamberlain left the game after pitching 4 2/3 innings tonight.
He pointed to his right shoulder, his throwing shoulder, during the mound visit.
Hopefully this is nothing serious, but it's never good if the shoulder is involved. I'll update more when I hear anything.
Update - 10:45 p.m.: It was just announced that Chamberlain has a "stiff right shoulder." That's all we have for now. I'm no doctor, but I'm pretty sure that's not good news.
"Now, what is this site about, how Joe Torre ruined pitchers' arms? Is that it?"
